DESCRIPTION: This 5-day (40-hour) POST-authorized course (Supervisory Institute) is designed to provide supervisors, emerging leaders, and current law enforcement managers with the basic and advanced skills needed to effectively manage police officers and serve in leadership roles in their departments. This course is taught by experienced instructors from Training for Transfer and is open all approved certified law officers in the South West POST Region at no cost. See course flyer below.
